Hello Family,
As we close out another year, I wanted to begin with a simple gift for you. The poem above is a gentle reminder that who you are becoming is just as important as what you are doing. Every line is wrapped in two small words that carry big power: I Am.
Over the past year we have shared so many ways to speak life into your day. Morning affirmations. Affirmations to start the day with intention. Affirmations every high value woman can live by. Uplifting, powerful, positive reminders that help you stand a little taller and treat yourself with a little more kindness.
At the heart of all of it is this truth: the words you repeat to yourself shape the way you see yourself. When your self talk is harsh, the world feels heavier. When your self talk is encouraging, you move through the same world with more peace, confidence, and courage.
Affirmations are not magic tricks. They are daily decisions. Each time you say “I Am Worthy” instead of “I am not enough,” “I Am Capable” instead of “I cannot do this,” you are choosing a different story about who you are and what is possible for you.
As the year comes to an end, this is a beautiful time to pause and reset that story.

Ten I Am affirmations to carry into the new year
Here are ten affirmations you can use to finish this year strong and step into the next one with intention:
- I Am Grateful for my journey.
- I Am Worthy of love and respect.
- I Am Confident in who I am becoming.
- I Am Stronger than my fears.
- I Am Deserving of rest and joy.
- I Am Focused on what truly matters.
- I Am Surrounded by support and possibility.
- I Am Kind to myself and others.
- I Am Open to new opportunities.
- I Am Enough, exactly as I am today.
You can speak these over your morning coffee, repeat them in the car, write them in your journal, or share them with someone who needs encouragement. The goal is not perfection. The goal is consistency. One loving sentence at a time.
Whether you see yourself as a high value woman, a devoted parent, a student building a new life, or someone quietly starting over, you deserve words that support you, not tear you down. Affirmations help you remember that your value does not depend on your last mistake or your latest achievement. It is already there.
As we move into a new year, my hope is that you choose at least one I Am statement to live with on purpose. Let it be your anchor when days are busy and your reminder when doubt tries to sneak in. Small words. Big impact.
Thank you for being part of the I Am What I Am community this year. Your support, your stories, and your commitment to personal growth mean more than you know. I am cheering for you as you rest, reset, and get ready for all that is ahead.
Wishing you a peaceful holiday season and a new year filled with courage, joy, and powerful I Am moments.
